A late-night shootout Tuesday between border control agents and gunmen in a remote area of Arizona near the border with Mexico left one agent dead and four suspects in custody. Killed in the cross-fire was Brian A. Terry, 40, who had been an agent since 2007. One of the four suspects under arrest was being treated at University Medical Center in Tucson. The man who shot Brian A. Terry ran away from the scene and is yet to be found.
